There’s no better way to experience the great outdoors than when your nursery or after-school care is based on a farm! It all starts in the car park, where the farmer’s friendly dogs welcome you with a wagging tail. You then walk through natural surroundings towards the nursery or after-school club.

This after-school care can accommodate up to forty children. The children are collected from school by the teaching staff using a coach or the centre’s own minibuses. At the after-school club, relaxation is the priority. Children can therefore choose for themselves what they want to do. A chance to clear their heads after a long day at school!

The after-school care has a homely, industrial-style décor. There is a large kitchen, a chill-out room for older and younger children, a games room and a workshop. The large garden and the animals on the farm ensure that the children can let off steam to their heart’s content. Jumping on the trampoline or playing a spot of football, flying kites in the meadow or doing somersaults on the tumbling frame: there’s plenty to get stuck into. How about pony riding? That’s a favourite, alongside looking after the animals and pottering about in the vegetable garden! For children aged eight and over, there is space to do homework, play a computer game, have a game of table football or watch a good film. In addition to after-school care, Mirakel de Ronde Venen also has a nursery with two groups at this location.
